Back in the Saddle

I haven't been riding much this year. Got out of shape, gained weight and was too embarrassed to face myself, fighting the gears...

BUT, I am doing better and I am back on the bike. Doing baby steps so to say. The technical skills are mostly still there but my fitness.....(no comment)

I went to Swanson today and it was gorgeous. I have missed out on so much.

But, I am trying to get back in shape and I would love to race again next season, so my preparations have just begun:)
